For agencies and client teams

Every client, in the right voice.

Agency writing is context switching: a status email to one client, blunt notes to the design channel, a brief for a third account, all before lunch. Flit keeps up because the tone follows the app and the names come from your dictionary, so what lands is ready to send, not ready to fix.

No integration, no plugin, no waiting for support. Flit types wherever your cursor already is.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them is “open the app”.

  1. 1 fn

    Put your cursor anywhere

Wherever you would normally type: client email, Slack, a Figma comment, a brief in Notion. Flit has no window of its own to switch to.

  2. 2

    Hold the key and talk

Speak normally, fillers and all. A small bar shows the words arriving as you say them, so you can see it working.

  3. 3

    Let go. It is written

Finished text appears at your cursor about 0.7 seconds later, punctuated and formatted. No copying, no cleanup, no second window.

Prefer not to hold a key? Tap once to lock it on, or arm hands-free mode and Flit starts when you speak. Escape cancels any dictation.

Sound familiar?

Ten client threads a day, each needing its own register.

Client and brand names come out phonetic and get fixed by hand.

Feedback on creative takes longer to type than it took to think.

Client NDAs and a cloud dictation tool do not mix.

What it looks like

Quick update: the landing page ships Thursday, and copy review is with Sara until then.

The punctuation and the capital Thursday land by rule. Sara is spelled from your dictionary, not guessed.

What you get

One voice per surface

Client email reads professional, the internal channel stays casual, and a Figma comment is quick and direct. Set the rule once per app and Flit matches it without being told again.

Client names, spelled like the client spells them

Add every account, product, and person to your dictionary and dictation stops guessing at them. Correct a word twice and Flit offers to remember it.

Boilerplate on a phrase

Scope reminders, kickoff checklists, your scheduling link, the paragraph that goes out with every invoice. Snippets insert them exactly as written, from one spoken trigger.

Safe for NDA work

No account, no telemetry, no server. Campaign plans and unreleased creative never leave the Mac they were spoken on, which makes the security section of a client questionnaire very short.

Do not take our word for it

Your NDA says client work stays inside the agency. Turn off wifi and dictate: everything still works, because nothing was ever sent anywhere. That is a check your ops lead can run in a minute, without reading a subprocessor list.

Questions

Can the whole team use one license?

A personal license covers up to 2 of one person’s Macs. Teams are licensed per Mac, from 5 Macs at $39 each with volume pricing above that, on one key. See the pricing page, or write to hi@flit.fyi with how many Macs.

Does it work in Figma, Notion, and web tools?

Yes. Flit types into the focused field of any app, including Chrome, Electron apps, and design tools. If you can put a cursor in it, Flit can write in it.

We sign NDAs with every client. Is dictating their work safe?

The audio is transcribed and formatted on the Mac itself and never uploaded. There is no vendor copy to disclose and no subprocessor to add. Turn the network off and it still works.
